Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Clicker Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Clicker Media provides digital marketing services including content production, paid advertising, and website design for contractors. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use content created for their business. Clicker Media retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Clicker Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in individual service agreements. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
